Do you have a policy if something gets damaged or lost?

We understand accidents happen. If something gets broken, please return the item to us if able to, and we will assess the damage. If the item is in need of repair, there we will be a charge of 2x the rental price. If the item is lost or destroyed and beyond repair, there will be a charge of 4x the rental price.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If unforeseeable circumstances arise, you can cancel your rental up to 1 month before your event. However, the 50% retainer fee is non-refundable.
