The Rental Process

We want this experience to be easy and seamless so you can put your time and energy towards all the other details that need taken care of!
1. MAKE A LIST
Check out our selection of inventory and make a list of the things that you are interested in. Is there something you’re looking for that you don’t see on our site? Let us know! We are always looking to expand our inventory and it might be something we can work with you to offer.
2. LET US TAKE IT FROM HERE!
Once you submit the form, we will email you a proposal. From there, you can let us know if there are any changes you want and if you would like to move forward with the rental. If you have a question, please use our Contact Form and we’ll be happy to answer.
3. Relax
Once you approve our proposal we’ll make sure your big day goes off without a hitch. We got this!
We’ve Got All The Details Covered
Contracts & Retainer Fees
Once you decide the proposal looks good and you’d like to move forward, it’s time to sign the contract! We will email you a copy of the contract that you can review and sign online. Upon signing the contract is when the retainer payment is due. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your items on your date, exclusions apply. This payment can be made online through our secure payment portal. Once the payment is made, you’re all set! You can go back to ironing out the rest of the details and be rest assured we have the decor under control. Don’t worry though, if you change your mind on an item or want to add some things to your order as your event gets closer, we are happy to work with you to make changes and adjustments to bring your vision to life!
Delivery and Pick-Up
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, we are here to make your life easier and to bear some of the burden of your big day so you can enjoy it and not worry about every little detail coming together. That is why for an additional fee, we offer delivery and pick-up as an option to our clients. If you choose to rent from us, we will drop off your items and pick them up at an agreed upon time that works for the event. We currently do not offer set up. Upon delivery, we will unload the items from the trailer and put together any pieces that require assembly and from there it is up to you to place them where you’d like them.
Final Payment & Day Of Details
We’re getting closer! Two weeks out from your event your final payment will be due and we will schedule a call to go over the final details such as delivery times, point of contact for delivery/day of, pick up time after the event and we will review your items one last time. We will provide you with a packet when the order is picked up/delivered that has all of the details of the order.
Minimum Orders
We have a $300 minimum order policy.
Proposals
Once you submit the list of items you are interested in renting, we will contact you within 1-3 business days letting you know if we have your date available, and a proposal with all of the details including cost of each item, delivery fees, retainer amount and due dates. If necessary, we can schedule a consultation call to go over any changes to the proposal and answer any questions you may have. We will place these items on hold for 7 days or until a contract is signed. If the contract is not signed within 7 days the items will be available for others to rent.
Happily Ever After
When the vows are done and you’ve had some fun, all you need to do is have the items ready for pick up or drop them back off depending on the agreed upon arrangements. In your packet will be a checklist with everything in the order that you can use as a reference guide when packing up. After we pick it up, we will go through and double check that we have everything and nothing is broken. There’s no sorting, cleaning, organizing or reselling. We’ve thought of everything for you! You can relax and enjoy reliving the memories from your big day and not have to worry about a thing.
